| A quiet and comfortable stay in any of our 10 pet friendly waterfront and privately set cottages embraces the traditional Canadian cottage experience. Sunny Point Resort has 84 acres of property and 2,500 ft of waterfront which provides plenty of space for each of our cottages. |  |

There are nine - 3 bedroom cottages and one - 4 bedroom. We classify our cottages into three levels of pricing: |

| All Cottages are well maintained and cleaned to our very high standard. Inside they include full modern kitchens with full size fridge, stove, microwave, dishes, cutlery, utensils, pots and pans,and cleaning supplies, living room seating for six in a 3 bdrm, (or 8 in our 4 bdrm), satellite tv with dvd/vcr, wood stove and dining room table. |  |

| There is a full bath with tub, sink and toilet with all towels provided as well as starter soaps and shampoo. Bedrooms have sheets, extra blankets and extra pillows with beds made up fresh for your arrival. There is baseboard heat in every room. |  |

| There is a screened in porch with patio furniture for at least 6 people. Outside, there is a gas bbq and a park style cast grill (if you prefer briquettes). Each cottage has its own dock, steps to the lake, driveway, quality lightweight canoe & a Free Boat with weekly Summer Season rental. |  |

| Unlike many cottage resorts which cluster their cottages around each other or stack them together allowing just a few to be waterfront, all of our cottages are on the water and set across our waterfront as if they are privately owned. Our returning guests consider this to be among our most significant unique qualities. |  |
