Sunny Point Resort has established itself as a private,
luxurious, and quiet destination for all seasons. We now have an OFSC staked trail that starts right
at the Resort and crosses Otter Lake connecting to Top Trail “C” and the Seguin Trail. It is a perfect
destination for couples, families and mature groups in the winter who
wish to sled these trails or who wish to get-a-way to a private retreat.
We have groomed and track set cross-country skiing trails which
snowmobiles are not not permitted to use. Snowmobiliers are welcome to
access their cottages following our plowed roads and driveways. Our
raised septic beds throughout our property makes it unacceptable to ride
snowmobiles on anything but the roads and driveways and we insist that
you respect this. You are welcome to use our roads as access in and out
for your riding adventures but ask that you limit it to that and to start
trips out no earlier than 7am and to return no later than 9 pm. |
