Our waterfront Inn offers lakefront privacy with only 7 total suites. Every inn suite has a full kitchen and full bath. These include Junior, 1 Bedroom and 2 Bedroom Suites. All have decks or balconies and are closest to our beach. Why stay in Parry Sound when a suite at Sunny Point has a kitchen & balcony with an outstanding view of Otter Lake? The inn is no pets and no smoking. We are 20km S of Parry Sound.

Spread across over 2,600 feet of waterfront, our very clean and well maintained dog friendly cottages offer tranquility and comfort. Each private and well equipped cottage has its own dock, steps to the lake, driveway and lightweight canoe with optional boat rental. Modern kitchens include modern full size fridges, stove, microwave & stove.

We are much more than a cottage on a lake or Ontario Inn. Amenities for all to enjoy at our 84 acre waterfront property include our beach, canoes, kayaks, paddleboats, rowboats, water slide, water trampoline, swimming areas, extensive docks, boat rentals, several bbq’s, picnic areas, laundry, wireless internet area, video library, sauna & paddleboards.

We have tennis courts, volleyball, basketball, horseshoes, playground, and hiking trails. Our recreation centre includes ping pong, video games, billiards, ping pong, air hockey, shuffleboard and card tables. And Otter Lake consistently tests among the cleanest of all lakes in Ontario, has no weeds and is a great swimming lake!

Sunny Point even has comforts like Satellite TV with dvd. Each cottage has it’s own gas bbq, screened in porch and wood stove with wood provided. Our pet friendly accommodations all have private docks with a canoe and, in summer peak season, a boat and motor as part of the weekly rental for only $450.

Sunny Point is tucked away at the extreme East end of Otter Lake on the North side giving us Southern exposure to the sun and a location that provides the most peace and quiet possible. We do not allow boom boxes or loud parties and we ask guests who bring a sea doo or ski boat to enjoy them away from our 2 isolated bays.
