All of our Cottages include a new lightweight kevlar and fiberglass canoe at no additional cost. Almost everything at Sunny Point is free for our resort guests to use. There are paddle boats, other canoes, kayaks, rowboat, water trampoline, recreation centre, wireless internet area, vhs and dvd movie library, tennis, mini golf, basketball, volleyball, beach,etc.

Our rates are lower off season and on weekends other than holidays. In addition, there are other opportunities to save.

Enjoy the pristine waters of Otter Lake and
the privacy of Sunny Point Resort with specials to help stretch your travelling budget. We will provide generous discounts for those who travel in the off season, stay the first summer week, have a limitedbudget but still wish to getaway for 3 or more nights in early July or late August or are Newlyweds.
