As the owners of Sunny Point, Sue and I are very concerned about providing great value to our guests. Last summer, we
gave questionnaires to our July and August guests and asked them for their opinions about what they liked, disliked and would like to see improved.

We handed out questionaires to our guests asking for their honest and annonomous opinions. We were pleasantly surprised to read such wonderful comments. From what our guests tell us, we do decide where we spend for our improvements. Each year this amounts to almost 20% of our revenue.

When asked what our guests like the most about Sunny Point, most gave multiple answers. In fact, 30 seperate areas were identified. Most liked is that Sunny Point...
Is Pet Friendly, provides Peace and Quiet, has great Amenities in general, provides well received New Canoes to every cottage, that our Cottages are Clean, Well Equipped, Well Maintained and that there is Great Space and Privacy in between each cottage, that Staff and Owners are Friendly, Hospitable and Helpful, that some Amenities are most favoured like the Water Trampoline, Waterfront, Beach, Swimming Areas and the Rec Centre.
